We recently returned from a three-week road trip around British Columbia and Alberta, and I wanted to thank the Travel Wallet team for helping create such a memorable holiday.
From the initial planning through to the trip itself, everything was exceptionally well organised. The itinerary was thoughtfully put together, the hotel choices were excellent, and all of the logistics including ferry crossings, accommodation and car hire – worked seamlessly throughout.
What impressed us most was how well the itinerary balanced the iconic destinations with places we may never have considered ourselves. In particular, the final part of the journey through Revelstoke and Kelowna turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip, with beautiful scenery, vineyards and a completely different side of British Columbia to discover.
As nature lovers and keen photographers, we were spoiled by the incredible landscapes and wildlife. Highlights included black bears in Sun Peaks, bald eagles along the coast, a whale spotted from one of the ferry crossings, and the stunning scenery throughout the Rockies and Vancouver Island. Tofino was a particular favourite, made even more special by our ocean-view accommodation.
The Icefields experience that Travel Wallet arranged was excellent, while the flexibility of the itinerary allowed us plenty of time to explore independently, discover hidden gems and enjoy the local culture at our own pace.
This was not a trip we could have planned as effectively on our own, and we’re so glad we chose Travel Wallet. Every stop seemed to offer something different, and the whole holiday exceeded our expectations.
